TWO DIFFERENT CLEANING METHODS
Eco Carpet Pro offers two cleaning systems. Both systems offer distinct advantages depending on your needs.
Hot Water Extraction:
Hot Water Extraction is also known as Steam Cleaning, is one of the most popular and proven methods for deep carpet cleaning. After site preparation, which includes a thorough vacuuming, we use SAFE and approved cleaning solutions as well as heavy agitation to break up the soil that has bonded with carpet fibers. Then we use a FRESH water rinse to deeply remove soil on and between fibers, leaving NO soapy or sticky residue behind. Depending on your specific situation, extraction is done using various equipment, including rotary extraction tools and wands. Drying time is 4 to 6 hours, depending on air circulation, temperature, and humidity. Eco Carpet Pro results are often very significant, generating WOWs, and restoring badly soiled carpet to a “like-new” state.
Fast Drying Method:
The Fast Drying Method is also known as Very Low Moisture Encapsulation Cleaning. After a thorough site vacuum, we use a light and safe pre-spray, known as Encapsulation as well as heavy agitation to release the soil that have bonded with carpet fiber. The soil is crystallized (encapsulated) during the quick-drying process and finally removed with a final vacuum step. Due to the thorough process of agitation and final soil removal, the carpet fibers are lifted resulting in a very dramatic, “like-new”, appearance. Drying time is typically less than one hour, before the technician leaves your home.
WHICH METHOD IS BETTER FOR ME?
Both systems offer distinct advantages when cleaning extremely soiled carpets. A combination of the two methods has proven to provide the best results. Many clients choose frequent Fast Drying cleans, with an occasional (or annual) Hot Water Extraction, to extend the life and appearance of their carpet. 10+ STEP CARPET CLEANING AND MORE

At Eco Carpet Pro, we use a minimum of 10 steps in our cleaning process to give you Maximum Soil and Spot Removal. We will carefully prepare your home or office for cleaning, place covers over vulnerable furnishings and conduct pre-vacuuming. We will treat spots and stains and pre-spray the entire carpet with our green cleansing formula. We use FRESH water rinse to ensure there is no soapy or sticky chemical residue left behind.

WHAT ABOUT STAINS?
Eco Carpet Pro technicians are equipped with Advanced Stain Removal Tools and Solutions. They are trained to remove the toughest stains. While some stains may have set or discolored the carpet fibers, and cannot be removed, we are very effective against most stains, even where others have failed.
WHAT ABOUT BAD ODORS?
